I've spent over twenty years building software for supply chain businesses that handle orders, warehouse movements, carrier integrations, and every weird edge case that only surfaces once things are running in production. Believe me when I say, I've seen it all! I run Logicc, a team of seasoned developers who specialise in supply chain software. We build new systems, modernise legacy ones, and connect platforms that were never designed to talk to each other. Most of our client relationships go back many years, which I think says something about how we work. We’ve built software that runs entire logistics and supply chain operations in multiple countries. My background is in systems architecture and integration, the back-end work that makes operations actually function. My team now leverages AI throughout our development process, it makes us faster and more accurate although we are firm believers in human-in-the-loop where AI is used. What’s important is that the software works reliably in a live supply chain environment, where the consequences of getting it wrong are real, so there's always human expertise doing the driving.
